Terms of Service

By accessing or using CheckThatJob (the "Service"), whether as an individual user ("Individual") or on behalf of an organization ("Business Customer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Business Customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Individual users may purchase one-time credit packs for career coaching and safety checks. Business Customers may subscribe to recurring plans for team management and employee support. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing, and we do not store your credit card information directly.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of CheckThatJob Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use any automated system (including robots or scrapers) to access the Service; or (d) interfere with the proper working of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CheckThatJob. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CheckThatJob makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or result in employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckThatJob Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CheckThatJob Pte. Ltd. and its employees from and against any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
